ose "Joe" Egoc is a licensed real estate broker and owns Cebu JT Land Realty.  Before joining the real estate industry, he was a Regional Accountant - Legazpi City Regional Office  of a big Cement Company with  plant address in Bo. Ilang Davao City.
       He took the brokers exam last November 2006 and  his licensed was released February of 2007.  He was then started to  establish Cebu JT Land Realty.  Cebu JT Land Realty was officially operational June of the same year.  It was started with just few agents.
