Managing Users

The first user on the list is you. All the other entries are people you invited. You may add a comment to each account as well as approve or deny them access to your website by simply clicking the Approved checkbox or not. You may also delete users here by clicking the word Delete next to the user who is being removed (be careful).

Invite New User: To invite a new user just click the button and the following screen will come up.

User Name: Type the name of the user who is being invited here.

Email: Type the email address where this invitation should go out to.

Approved: If you want to automatically approve this new user then check this box.

Comments: Type any notes you want to concerning this user here, this is usefull to keep records if you run a simple paysite or clan etc...

Send Invitation: When you are ready for this invite to be sent, check this box. You can work on a user and the invitation all you want before sending it. This is usefull when running your mail-out campaigns as well to judge the effectiveness of your mail-outs if you need to.

Default Invitation - vs - NEW Invitation: You may make as many NEW invitation templates as you like or you can just use our Default invite.

Friendly Name: Be sure to give each invitation template you make a name.

From: Type the email where this invite should say it is from.

CC: Type the email addresses of any others who should know about this message.

BCC: Type the email addresses of any others who should be secretly notified of this message. The CC people nor the intended email owner targeted in the invitation will not see anyone in the BCC area.

Subject: Type theinvitation message title here.

Text: Type the message to the person you are inviting to come and see your MySafeMedia.com website. When you use the default setting, our message will automatically fill this spot in for you.

Save Invitation: Check this box if you want to save the invite for use later.
